Healora Wellness Centre offers seamless online consultations through Google Meet or Zoom, ensuring convenient and effective care from anywhere.
How It Works
Choose Your Speciality or Doctor
Select a doctor directly or choose a speciality first, then pick the doctor best suited for your condition.
Select Your Slot
Select your preferred date and time. First Consultation is First Visit, Follow-ups are further visits.
Book an Appointment
Select your preferred payment method to confirm the appointment. Use Razorpay for Indian payments and Stripe for international payments.
Attend Consultation
Consult via Google Meet or Zoom based on your preference. The link will be available in the website 10 min prior.
Share Your Medical Records
Upload reports, prescriptions, and images through your profile before consultation.
Receive Medicines
Choose prescription or doorstep delivery based on your preference.
Boooking Payment Options
Option 1: Slot Fee Only
Pay the slot fee first and complete consultation payment at least 1 hour before your appointment, otherwise it will be cancelled.
Option 2: Full Payment
Pay both slot and consultation fees to confirm your appointment immediately.
Delivery Payment Options
Prescription Only
Receive your prescription via email and purchase medicines from nearby stores.
Doorstep Delivery
Get medicines delivered to your home after completing payment with fast or normal delivery options
Important Notes
Consultation charges must be paid in advance to confirm appointments.
Medicine and shipping charges must be paid before dispatch.
Consultation, slot and prescription fees are non-refundable.
Medicine charges are non-refundable once dispatched.
Courier delivery depends on availability and external conditions.
Homeopathic medicines are personalized and not routinely prescribed.
Emergency prescriptions may be provided at doctor’s discretion.
Each consultation is charged separately.
